This return speaks to the amount of energy you put forth to accomplish your goals both at work and at home, by measuring your personal and professional satisfaction.

In a world where work and play are linked and woven together, it’s critical that we step back a few times a month to measure our ROE and relate our thoughts back to what our dreams and goals are at work and home.

Without ROE, our vision and mission may get blurred and cause us to lose focus on what really is important to living a healthy, successful and purposeful life.

When I reflect back over the changes we have seen these past three years, it has become evident that our customers and families require more attention than ever; and both deservingly so. However, with the technology we have at our finger tips (e-mails, texting, Twitter, Linkdin, Facebook, etc.), it is sometimes difficult to deliver.

What do we really have to show for our ROE? - Frustration, lack of sleep, exhaustion and perhaps less time to enjoy what we earn for a living each day. I believe it’s time to improve our ROE, because we deserve it.

I hope that you will reflect and take some time to measure your ROE and discover the true values you want to give and receive from the time you spend at work and home. Once you have determined these values, I hope you find a new found passion and commitment to “deliver excellence” to yourself and your family.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-73705023404870715152011-06-21T09:10:00.004-04:002011-06-21T09:45:46.072-04:00Porch ViewsIn the morning on a clear day, as I stand on my front porch, I have a view that allows me to see a beautiful sunrise. In the evening, as I sit back relaxing on my back porch, on the right day and at the right time, I can enjoy a breathtaking view of an awesome sunset. Two very different views.

Over the years, great leaders have run their perspective businesses or departments from many different viewpoints. In fact, you could argue that in order to be successful, it is imperative for a leader to manage from many different views.

I have talked to many different leaders over the past thirty months and most of them have had to redefine their game plan just to remain profitable. A couple of the viewpoints or thought processes are below.

The president of a manufacturing business was forced to change his view when sales dropped over 75%. In this particular case, after laying off valuable people, he thought he had solved his problem. Unfortunately, it got even tougher. The next decision was made to have everyone that was left take an unpaid week off each month for almost a year. During this period, they were forced to discover new processes that allowed them to run the business with this skeleton staff. Today, their sales are up. But the biggest surprise to the president and his staff was during their lean time, with the newly discovered processes, they not only ran the business, but ran it successfully with the smaller staff, without hiring additional personnel.

Another leader made the decision to offer a million dollars to his branch leaders for the best innovative idea to grow sales internally. This bold decision came on the heels of declining sales and gross profit.

These are managing from different perspectives or views. Laying off personnel and taking a 25% pay cut is my definition of "leading through survival". I would define the second leadership viewpoint as "strategic risk taking" - believing in your team while planning for strategic growth.

Neither was is right or wrong. As a good friend told me, "Any time your business is never on idle, it is either moving forward or falling behind."

To sum it all up, whether the leader is sitting on the back porch, watching a sunset, or on the front porch enjoying the sunrise, the views may be different, but ultimately it's about leadership and believing in yourself and the team that believes in you.

Which porch do you lead from?Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-74994425998186530152010-10-26T14:30:00.000-04:002010-10-26T14:30:00.923-04:00Where Do You Want To Be? They can be created with "out of the box thinking", or you may be asked to participate or invest in a new venture, product or key initiative or be challenged to act on a new idea.

Regardless of how it comes, you must explore and take the time and expend the energy to investigate how this could affect you and/or your company.

Catching the Opportunity and Having Fun

Today there are even more opportunities than ever. As others choose to fish in the same streams, there are lakes, rivers and oceans full of opportunities.

First the hook is cast. The the fun comes when the nibble occurs and you begin reeling it in.

We all know that sometimes the "Opportunity" gets away, but in the process we learn and grow along the way. However, when you do land one, the excitement and energy created can go a long way in moving your career or company forward.

Where will you look for Your Opportunity today?
Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-55419070932391054602010-04-16T14:17:00.006-04:002010-04-16T14:49:17.332-04:00Commit To Piece Of MindFirst Reaction / First Glance

Make a strong commitment to what drives your success and provides you life balance.

Are there some days when you feel there are so many priorities that you need to focus on that you fall victim to "swimming with the sharks?"

The Learning Process

There is no doubt that each of your priorities offers significant value, so how do you choose? I am suggesting that you pick on overall strategy for two to four (2-4) months and focus a good part of your energy to a strong commitment to yourself or family that will add to your life's balance.

Questions You Can Ask Yourself To Get Started

If I could find a solution to better organize my tasks, could it give me more time for my family and / or help me move forward in my career?

What are the time robbers that prevent me from being a better husband, wife, friend or co-worker; and, if eliminated, will add greater value to my life?

What is one habit in my life that I can eliminate, change or improve on that will help me be more productive and provide a better piece of mind?

Committing To The Process

I might suggest that you take fifteen to thirty (15 - 30) minutes by yourself, or with your spouse, and generate just one (1) new commitment.

First Reaction/First Glance

When you awake and prepare for each day what are you hungry for?

Are you thinking about your favorite bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee, or perhaps about what you want to accomplish at work, home or for your family during the day?

If your like most of us you are a creature of habit going through the same routines every day, checking off your to do items until exhaustion gets the best of you and then relaxation sets in and hopefully find yourself doing one of your favorite hobbies.

Can you change?

The answer to this question is a resounding yes? Let's investigate some opportunities.

How about taking just a few minutes to write down five (5) to ten (10) of your long term goals or dreams.
Once you have done this then pick one or two that are the most achievable. I am suggesting one that might allow your others to be more easily achieved.

Improvement for the Future

Experiencing high performance is not just an action or event that happens.

Raising expectations is something that starts with you and your desired wishes.

Now that you have selected your favorite goal, write down some action steps with assigned dates to achieving it and place them into your daily routine.

This simple change will challenge you to personal growth and will more than likely create greater achievements.

Winning Confidence of the people around you can't be obtained until you win it for yourself.

Hopefully they can remain focused for the rest of the season.

Here at TP Mechanical, our management is preparing for a new fiscal year and the opening bell rings on October 1st.

This year we will be forced to look and prepare for business in new and innovative ways.

The Learning Process

In this season of new business, we must draw up some new plans. Because most of us have never experienced times like this, our plans must start with innovation. In fact this season will be a true test for all managers.

They can no longer rely on what has worked in the past. In other words, they must change their daily routine and begin focusing on creative ideas which will prepare them for the here and now as well as the future.

Improving for the Future

The Bengals prepared for the Broncos by anticipating how their defense would react to the plays the coaching staff drew up and vice-versa.

In business we have to take time and think how our customers want to purchase our services. I believe they are looking for new flavors or recipes, that at the end of the day produce the same results, but for a more competitive price.

As you go to the drawing board, we must now take the whole team into the room and leverage everyone’s new ideas and thoughts. We must prepare for a tough season that lies ahead.

So we must ask ourselves, are we ready to be innovative and play for the win or stand on the sidelines and just watch the action?

As always, please feel free to respond with your thoughts or ideas.

Scott Teepe Sr.
CEO
513-309-9900Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-13093487469172514422009-07-16T16:47:00.001-04:002009-07-16T16:53:29.191-04:00TAKE ACTIONFirst Reaction/ First Glance
Imagine yourself just waking up from a 30-minute to 1-hour nap and you’re refreshed and ready to tackle whatever is in front of you.

Now imagine that instead of waking from a short nap, you oversleep and it's one year later. In this case you hardly remember what has happened in the past and you’re so refreshed you throw off your covers and you’re ready to use all your knowledge and skills from the past, but then you walk outside and everything appears different.

What causes you to think that? Is it just a dream? Are you ready to explore? Or are you fearful?

Of course all of these questions are valid as well as the evidence that you find to support your beliefs.

The Learning Process
I would like to take you back into history and share a short story I just recently read.

It was during the battle at Gettysburg in the Civil War when a young soldier by the name of Colonel Joshua Chamberlien was leading a group of men that started with over one thousand soldiers in a battle to take over and defend this famous landmark.

With his army depleted and down to 300 tired, battered men and with only one or two rounds of ammunition left, he gathered his troops and decided to take action. Full of confidence and with two of his brothers by his side he yelled out, "Charge!" and with that all of his men jumped the wall, which seemingly was their only chance of survival, and charged General Lee and his Confederate Army.

Even though they were greatly out numbered and with little ammunition their sheer action caused General Lee and his Army to retreat giving Colonel Chamberlien and his Union Army a key victory in the war.

Moving Forward Today

Why is this relevant to you and the people you lead? Just like Colonel Chamberlien, we are faced with an outcome none of us can predict. We can choose fear, we can talk about that dreaded "E" word, or we can take action by looking and finding new ideas that will allow us to continue to "deliver excellence" in a fearless environment.

Managing your team today is probably different that any other time period you have experienced in your life time. More than likely you have had to make many tough decisions, decisions that perhaps caused frustration and anxiety in your work place. However in times like these we must prepare for the future so your teams are prepared for the even better times that lie ahead.

So when you awake tomorrow take some time to think differently than you have in the past, step out of the normal and take action.

Your Team will become stronger and more united than ever, I'm sure of it.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-21656355617094528652009-05-15T09:37:00.002-04:002009-05-15T09:44:54.629-04:00Have you dusted off your Crystall ball lately?First Reaction/ First Glance

Predicting the future has been tried by many, only to find out that change disrupts where the great minds envision where we are going and what we want to accomplish.

Many certainly have claimed stake in their future predictions and justifiably so, let’s explore further.

The Learning Process

You have heard many times in the past that you must plan with the end in mind and I couldn’t agree more. However planning and envisioning are two different leadership characteristics.

Suppose you close your eyes for a minute or so and ask this questions to your self about a current project or task you are working on. What will this look like to me and or to others when this is complete? Why are we doing this and how will this help us in the future?

Improving for the future

This is where you paint a picture of exactly how it will look, imagine the outcomes of your efforts, and assemble each of the tasks to create a sculpture of your vision.

I promise if you exercise your mind in different ways these visions will become reality, in fact I’m even more confident that they will exceed your expectations.

So get your dust rag out shine that crystal ball and look inside, there is some incredible things you will discover.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-64208910980946283822009-03-02T15:26:00.004-05:002009-03-02T15:38:02.637-05:00THE FOUR CORNER OFFENSE
First Reaction/First Glance
In the 1970's and early 1980's the North Carolina Tar Heels developed and perfected the Four Corner Offense in college basketball. This technique was developed to stall the game against their opponent after a sizable lead was established in order to preserve the win.

At work do you find yourself in the stall mode when a daunting task is at hand? Let's go to the white board.

The Learning Process
There have been many times in my career that I have stalled my own progress by letting lingering tasks go uncompleted. I allow excuses like, not enough time, too time consuming, this is out of my comfort zone, or it just doesn’t motivate me.

I have found over the years that when I breakdown any assignment/task into smaller segments then the completion seems more achievable and less overwhelming.

Improvement for the Future
As challenging tasks are assigned to you here are some suggestions in helping you complete them:

Seek guidance and help from a fellow employee who has more knowledge and can provide valuable insight.

Write down the task and the segments and keep it in your view or add to your task list in Microsoft Outlook with reminders.

Give yourself goal dates to complete each segment and discipline yourself to meet them.

Present your information to a friend, co-worker, or family member for positive feedback.

GOOD LUCK AND REMEMBER TO TURN ON YOUR SHOT CLOCK SO YOU CAN WIN MORE GAMES!!!

Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-33190404877794489432009-02-04T10:22:00.002-05:002009-02-04T10:25:59.758-05:00HOW HIGH DOES YOUR FOUNTAIN SURGE?First Reaction/First Glance
Water fountains are designed for entrances into hotels, offices, parks, etc. They are truly artists’ representations of their creativity and expression which provide us subtle and calming effects on our moods. In fact some fountains invite us to toss in coins and make a wish that will hopefully come true.

The Learning Process
When I look at various water fountains, I sometimes reflect on the many configurations, the heights they soar to, the ripples they create in the water, or the spray they shoot across the water pond. I then begin comparing them to special events in my life such as family birthdays, special accomplishments, being awarded a new job, and other special moments.

Improvement for the Future
Imagine for a moment that the surges or sprays from the fountains represent your mood swings during the day or even the week.

As you think about the times your fountain is surging or spraying at their highest levels, try to remember what events took place that caused your fountain pumps to churn at higher RPMs. Jot down those events and see if a pattern develops. If so, then try focusing or reflecting back on your secret recipe so that your fountain can perform at the highest levels more often.

Who knows - perhaps your fountain water may splash onto others causing their fountains to strut their stuff as well.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-18828073980932821812009-01-19T14:39:00.001-05:002009-01-19T14:41:06.620-05:00DO YOU OPERATE IN A TUNNEL?First Reaction/First Glance
When you walk through the door at work each morning, do you follow the same routine? Are your thoughts focused on the daily tasks that you concentrate on day in and day out? How would it be if you thought about the following:

The Learning Process
A good friend and mentor to me wakes up each morning and thinks simple thoughts like what am I going to accomplish today? How will I make a difference in my world today? Or my favorite, what will I do today to take myself and the people I lead to new levels.

Improvement for the Future
Imagine as you begin each new day envisioning what could be awaiting you on the other side of the tunnel.

I am suggesting that each day you create a new and special tunnel vision.

Examples are:
What person in your life would you like to influence in a special way? What new and creative idea would you like to share with your boss or co-worker? Or perhaps who do you need to call that you haven't spoken to in a while?

There are many other thoughts and if you create your own list and practice it every day, I promise your Tunnel will be shorter and full of light.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-1862456449745452732009-01-01T14:00:00.003-05:002009-01-01T22:20:21.103-05:00A New Year Creates New OpportunitiesFirst Reaction/ First Glance

This time of year always creates new goals and resolutions, like be more productive at work, exercise on a routine basis, start a new diet, clean out your closets, etc.

Of course all of these are important and for many their goals and resolutions come true, which creates a great sense of accomplishment and pride for staying true to their commitment.

The Learning Process

Then again for some of us these goals and resolutions fall by the wayside because we lose focus on what we want to accomplish or simply fall back into the same routine we go through day in and day out.

What if you change your thinking this New Year and reflect back on the past year on a bad experience, a relationship that didn't go well, or a project that failed at work.

Improving for the Future

Take a few moments to relive one of these painful events and jot down a few notes on what you would or could have done differently. Millions of orders coming in, standard inventory items backordered, and worst of all, the recession has forced Santa to cut back their hours, forcing them to work that much harder.

The Learning Process
As orders are filled, tempers soar, and words are spouted, which creates bad feelings and sometimes lingering heartaches.

Santa’s elves know how to handle these pressure-packed situations. They perform at high levels year in and year out. Yet they realize they are all passionate about bringing smiles to their customers’ faces throughout the world, which provides for a healthy culture.

Improvement for the Future
We all have been there – hard feelings, differences of opinion, damaged friendships, and strained relationships at work.

This time of year is no different for you than it is for Santa’s elves so when stress gets you down, conflict arises, put yourself in a forgiving mode and remember what Santa says:

HO! Are you kidding me? What a waste of time and money!

I’m sure this is what many Americans were saying back in the 1950’s when the Eisenhower Administration approved funding for space exploration, which ultimately lead to the U.S. going to the moon.

What is your vision of where you want to be or go in the next ten years? Can you make it come true? Will you try? I hope your answer is yes. Let’s explore.

The Learning Process
Challenges are part of life. In fact, I believe this is what we are on this earth to resolve and conquer – challenges. As you are challenged by what is seemingly the impossible or as you challenge someone to step out of their comfort zone, take a few minutes to collect your thoughts and imagine the possible outcome.

The results could be amazing!

Improvement for the Future
Never be afraid to challenge yourself or a co-worker to something that seems virtually impossible. Encourage and support them and be there if things are not going as planned.

When you look back over your career, how many times have you said to yourself – “This isn’t fair”, “I deserve better”, or “I am tired of the same results”? So why not shoot for the moon? I guarantee your journey will be enlightening. In fact, you may just land there!

Thanks Big Shot for your inspiration.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-77562615729583862722008-11-03T10:14:00.000-05:002008-11-03T10:15:56.982-05:00TP MECHANICAL ROLLSFirst Reaction/First Glance
By now, most of our employees have heard the phrase “On a Roll” – a Pathways to Leadership tool. Recently, I was challenged by one of our Superintendents to give my thoughts on being on a roll.

My first thought when I heard this was that being on a roll is when everything is going good. I am happy and in a good mood.

The Learning Process
As I learned, it’s my decision to be on a roll. When I learned to sort through my issues one at a time to take a moment to count my blessings and focus on what has gone well recently, suddenly I begin to react to the work in front of me with a whole different attitude. Better yet, the people I come in contact with become more relaxed. Being on a roll becomes contagious!

Improvement for the Future
At TP Mechanical, we are shaping our culture so our employees can be on a roll more frequently. They do this because they now know that work can be fun and enjoyable. We are looking at our fellow workers in degrees of strength, we are motivating them by listening and implementing their ideas, and last but not least, we are dancing like nobody is watching. Everyone is doing these things in their own unique way.

Another way of looking at this – When TP Mechanical is on a roll, it’s like throwing the dice and hitting a seven every time!!!!!Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-40667873024353851242008-10-16T15:56:00.002-04:002008-10-16T16:01:18.962-04:00CAN YOU HANDLE THE TRUTH?First Reaction/First Glance
In the midst of our tough economic times ($700 billion government bailout), there are many questions and concerns being raised. Is it possible that the truth got buried with all of the pressure to perform in the fast-paced we live in? Or could it also have been the pressure to deliver that forced Senior Executives to hear only what they wanted to hear and avoid the truth?

The Learning Process
There is not a person on earth who likes to deliver “bad news”. In order for companies to move forward, its employees and partners must honor the code of honesty and respect. With those words in mind, everyone has an obligation to tell the truth and share their concerns so the team can react quickly and come up with a solution.

Improvement for the Future
As a senior leader at TP Mechanical Contractors, I have had to deliver and receive bad news over the years. In fact, many times as a recipient of the bad news I had what I call the “Gomer Pyle” response – Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!

Here are some thoughts and questions that can help you deliver and receive bad news.

“Hey, Boss, when you have a few minutes, I would like to go over some issues that I just became aware of.” Another suggestion: “I just received some bad news and I’m requesting your thoughts and ideas in helping me create solution.”

For instance after receiving the bad news you say, “Well, John, I appreciate you bringing this to me so early. Let’s work together to see how we can soften the issue.”

As we communicate the truth more clearly, it can set us free.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-70759960007608490002008-09-30T16:46:00.003-04:002008-09-30T16:50:21.211-04:00IS IT A CHEVY OR IS IT A CADDY?First Reaction/First Glance
Has perception ever convinced you that something is better than it really is?

Whether you drive a Chevrolet or a Cadillac, you can pretty much guarantee that you will get where you’re going in the same amount of time. However, it is true that others will see you differently as you travel to your destination.

The Learning Process
Recently, in an Executive Meeting, one of our committee members challenged me with this question in regards to the new Cincinnati office building, to which we will relocate in the near future. At first, I was stunned and frustrated with his comment but as I thought more about it, I began to focus on what he really meant. Can we accomplish the same by spending less but ultimately create the same results?

The answer is yes, however, how will that look to others?

Improvement for the Future
TP Mechanical Contractors is changing – we are changing our culture, while our partners and employees are improving their work/life balance. These efforts say to our customers that we are performing the same services as our competition, only at higher levels.

The bottom line is that you may not see any orange and blue Cadillacs here but TP Mechanical is becoming the Cadillac of mechanical contractors by utilizing an upstream leadership approach which has created greater values downstream to our customers, employees, and our partners.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-15150637427559020282008-09-12T17:11:00.003-04:002008-09-12T17:16:01.553-04:00DO YOU KNOW A DOUBTING THOMAS?First Reaction/First Glance
It is true that you will always find enough reasons to support your belief whether it’s regarding someone you know or perhaps something changing in your life. Regardless, we at times are convinced that we are right until there is clear evidence to change our minds.

The Learning Process
As you go through life, how do you look at people or new ideas? By instantly judging and deciding what you don’t like? Or do you look at the values and strengths that the person or the idea will provide? When you are being introduced to a new person or a change is occurring in your life, I believe looking at their values and strengths will almost guarantee that your belief system will bear fruit that will enrich your life in everything you do.

Improvement for the Future
As you navigate through your days and weeks, a good suggestion is for you to put your thoughts and beliefs on pause for a few moments and then look for the values and the strengths in these situations. In time, I believe this will help you look at both people and new situations/issues in a light that will add value to your life and leadership.

Imagine if we eliminated just 10% of the “Doubting Thomas’” in the world. How much more could we accomplish?Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-36948041213344310192008-09-05T16:15:00.001-04:002008-09-05T16:18:48.277-04:00RECOGNITIONFirst Reaction/First Glance
It is common knowledge these days that recognition of a job well done far outweighs salaries and bonuses earned by the people who work for you or with you.

So, are phrases such as “Thank You”, “Way to go”, or “Atta-Boy” your way of recognizing accomplishments and achievements?

The Learning Process
A good question to ask yourself about your co-workers is what motivates them while they are at work. Each person’s motivations are different. Their activities outside of work, their children’s interests, favorite foods, hobbies or sporting events could all be a great way to structure your next compliment or recognition to them. Adding sincerity and relevance to your next opportunity for encouragement and praise may make the difference in the rest of their day.

Improvement for the Future
Just like most things in life, planning is helpful in everything you do. Why not gather your thoughts and take an extra few minutes and script some encouragement for a family member, friend, or a co-worker?

In appreciation for taking your precious time to read my Blog, it always amazes me the wonderful and creative ways people can deliver at higher levels and make us feel so special.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7526913664086161384.post-31909887356349107932008-08-19T16:58:00.002-04:002008-08-19T17:04:33.390-04:00The "POIS" ProcessFirst Reaction/First Glance
At TP Mechanical, our leaders have all embarked on a six (6) day leadership training program in order to grow their leadership skills both at home and at work. Through this process, each of our leaders formed small interaction groups called “POIS Groups” (Pathways Ongoing Integration and Sustainability) which meet on a weekly basis.

First thoughts were, “Oh no, another meeting.” But this notion could be nothing further from the truth.

The Learning Process
TP Mechanical has established over twenty-eight (28) POIS Groups and although some groups no longer are connecting, others have flourished.

POIS Groups have identified themselves with names like “Jerry’s Kids”, “The Force”, “Deuces Wild”, etc. In these 45-minute meetings, the members have formed great friendships while building a trusting and confidential environment that allows them to move forward in the workplace and with their own families.

Improvement for the Future
As these POIS Groups build momentum, the culture at TP Mechanical continues to grow and move forward. Their commitments and participation are helping make TP Mechanical the premiere place to work while reaching out to our communities to serve others.Scott Teepe CEO TP Mechanicalhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13494349581040121713noreply@blogger.com
